Schedule a Restorative Dentistry AppointmentWhat This Involves
Dr. Webb examines the area and explains exactly what needs to be done and why, with no surprises.
Digital impressions replace traditional molds — more accurate and much more comfortable.
Most restorative work is completed with local anesthesia. You should not feel pain during the procedure.
Same-day crowns are available for select cases, eliminating the need for a temporary restoration.
What This Can Help With
What Happens If I Do Nothing?
This is information, not pressure. What you do with it is your choice.
A cracked or weakened tooth under normal chewing forces is at risk of further fracture. What is currently a crown may become an extraction if the tooth breaks below the gum line.
Missing teeth cause adjacent teeth to shift, potentially creating bite problems and making future restoration more complex and costly.
Bone loss occurs where teeth are missing. The longer a tooth is missing, the more bone resorbs, potentially requiring bone grafting before an implant can be placed.
The Technology
We use CEREC same-day crown technology for select cases, 3D cone beam imaging for implant planning, and digital impressions that eliminate uncomfortable tray impressions.
