Welcome to Crestline.
It doesn't matter how long it's been.
We don't lecture. We don't judge. We're just glad you came.
Online Intake Forms
Complete your paperwork before your visit — it takes about 10 minutes and means less time in the waiting room.
Start intake formsInsurance Verification
We verify your coverage before your appointment. You will know what is covered before you sit down.
What to Bring
Photo ID, insurance card (if applicable). That's it. We take care of the rest.
Your First Visit — Step by Step
Here's exactly what to expect so there are no surprises.
Arrival
Linda at the front desk will check you in. Your forms are already on file. You sit down.
Conversation
Before anything happens in the chair, Marcus or a member of the team talks with you. What are you concerned about? What are your goals? What are your anxieties? This conversation is not rushed.
X-rays
Digital X-rays — quick and low radiation. We show you the images and explain what we see.
Cleaning
Your first cleaning. What to expect: some scraping sounds, possible sensitivity in areas that haven't been maintained, water, polishing. It is not painful for most patients. If you are ever uncomfortable, raise your hand and we stop immediately.
Exam
Marcus reviews your X-rays and cleaning findings. He explains everything he sees — clearly, without alarming you. If there are issues, he explains the options, the timeline, and what happens if you choose to wait.
Next Steps
You leave with a clear plan — a recall appointment scheduled, any necessary treatments discussed, and a clear sense of what your oral health looks like.
It's okay if it's been a while.
A significant number of our new patients haven't seen a dentist in more than two years. Some haven't been in a decade. We see this regularly. We do not express disappointment, surprise, or judgment. We start where you are and work forward.
If it helps to know: the first visit is a conversation and an evaluation. We don't start treatment at your first visit unless it's an emergency. You leave with information and a plan — nothing more, nothing less.
A place that doesn't feel clinical
Our waiting area was designed to reduce anxiety before you even sit down. Comfortable seating, natural light, and an environment that says: you're in good hands.
